      According to him, on Saturday, November 27, 2021, in the framework of the program "Green Space" in the 19th district of Yunusabad district, the director of the preschool organization hired staff to plant spruce and other saplings.
      During the study, a group of employees reported through letters of explanation that they had voluntarily come to work on the weekend and participated in landscaping work.
     However, due to violations of Articles 124 and 157 of the Labor Code when hiring employees on weekends, the State Labor Inspectorate imposed an administrative fine on the head of a preschool organization in accordance with Part 1 of Article 49 of the Code of Administrative Responsibility of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
      In addition, a written instruction was issued to eliminate violations and to ensure compliance with the law in the subsequent involvement of employees in overtime work.
